QUARTERLY MEET OF THE ROYAL JAIPUR CHAPTER OF CEV HELD ON 20/01/2024
MANY PROMINENT ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS & VALUERS ATTENDED THIS EVENT
JAIPUR 20/01/2024 (Bureau Reporter): On the occasion of the forthcoming festival season a quarterly educational meeting of the Royal Jaipur Chapter was held at Aar Jay-14, Jaipur on the 20th of January 2024 from 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM.
CEV ROYAL CHAPTER JAIPUR
Quarterly meet of Valuers of Royal chapter of Jaipur associated with CEV Jalandhar held at Aar Jay-14 Resort, Ajmer Road, Jaipur.
On behalf of Chairman Er. N. S. Chaudhary, Secretary Er. Satish Kumar Chejara welcomed all the present Valuers. Various professional discussions & problems faced by Valuers from Banks were discussed in detail.
All the members were advised to show solidarity among all. As per the guidelines of CEV HQS Valuers were suggested to involve themselves in plantation & other social works. Ethics of valuations were also suggested to be kept in mind while doing valuations and dealing with Bank officials. 10 active Valuers participated in the meeting. Various valuable tips were shared in the meeting.
The main agenda of the meeting was to reinstall the chapter activities & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & developing social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.
1)Appointment of new office bearers.
2)Awarding 2 CPD points to all participants as per norms of CEV
3)Problems faced by Valuers, especially in banks regarding SARFAESI & CCIT.
4)Every participant is requested to fill their particulars in Excel form in the prescribed Performa(Shortly will be posted in the Group) so that same can be forwarded to CEV HQS for awarding 2 CPD points.
5)Brief proceedings of the Meeting have been sent to the press for publication.
It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The new team was elected wholeheartedly by the members present in the meeting. The meeting was followed by detailed discussions and ended with a vote of thanks by the Chairman & Governing Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure voluntarily.
The meeting lasted for around 2 hrs & 2 CPD Points will be provided to all participants as per norms of CEV HQS. The meeting concluded with thanks to all for the delicious lunch.
