THE MEETING OF THE ROYAL PATIALA CHAPTER OF CEV WAS HELD ON 02/09/2023
MANY PROMINENT ENGINEERS & VALUERS ATTENDED THIS EVENT
PATIALA 02/09/2023 (TECHNO REPORTER): On the occasion of the forthcoming festival season a monthly meeting of the Royal Patiala Chapter was held at Hotel Garden Resort, Patiala on the 2nd of September-2023 at 11.30 AM to 3.30 PM.
CEV ROYAL CHAPTER PATIALA MEET
Meeting of Valuers of Royal chapter of Patiala associated with CEV JALANDHAR held at Hotel Garden Resort. Chairman Lokesh Gupta and Secretary Er RK Verma welcomed all the present Valuers Problems faced by Valuers from Banks were discussed in detail.
All the Valuers were advised to show solidarity among all. As per the guide lines of CEV HQS Valuers were suggested to do social work.
Ethics of valuations were also suggested to be kept in mind while doing valuations and dealing with Bank official. 22 active Valuers participated in the meeting. Various valuables tips shared in the meeting.
Meeting lasted for 4 hrs & 4 CPD Points will be provided to all participants as per norms of CEV HQS. Meeting concluded with thanks to all with delicious lunch.
The main agenda of the meeting was to celebrate the 75th Independence Day & “Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & develop social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.
As per discussion in length and detail on 2nd sept, for the following issues
Detailed lecture on How to calculate the Depreciation under Income Tax & Companies Act was held during this meet.
1)Appointment letter by CEV HQS to all office bearers.
2)Awarding 4 CPD points to all participant’s as per norms of CEV
3)Problems faced by Valuers specially in PNB regarding SARFACY will be addressed by Chairman to CEV HQS. They will write to PNB with CC to Chairman and Secy.
4)Every participant’s is requested to fill their particulars in Excel form in the prescribed Performa(Shortly will be posted in the Group)so that same can be forwarded to CEV HQS for awarding 4CPD points and redressal of Grievances.
5)Brief proceedings of Meeting have been sent to press for publication
It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The new team was elected wholeheartedly by the members present in the meeting.
The meeting is followed by detailed discussions and ended with a vote of thanks by Chairman & Governing Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure on a voluntary basis.
Various Prominent Engineers & Valuers of the area participated in the meeting.
