A MEETING OF THE CEV BIHAR CHAPTER WAS HELD ON 26/01/2023 AT PATNA
MANY PROMINENT ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS & APPRAISERS ATTENDED THIS EVENT
PATNA-26/01/2023 (TECHNO REPORTER): On the occasion of the installation of the Bihar chapter a meeting of the general body of the chapter was held at HOTEL AVR, BAILEY ROAD, PATNA under the Chairmanship of Er. Sita Ram Kumar on Thursday the 26th of January 2023 at 5.00 PM IST.
This event was attended by various prominent Engineers, Architects. appraisers & Valuers of the state under the able guidance of Er. Vijay Kumar Singh (Patron) from Bihar Chapter.
The main agenda of the meeting was to celebrate the reinstallation of the Bihar Chapter & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & develop social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.
It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The newly elected team was wholeheartedly welcomed by the members present in the meeting.

Gen Body Meeting of CEV Bihar Chapter held on 26/01/2023 Thursday at 5.00 PM IST at Patna City. Many members attended the meeting
Following matters discussed:-
1) Discussions on Installation initiatives.
2) Appointment of chapter chairman and committee.
3) Solution of Problems faced by fellow appraisers/valuers day by day like fee structure & idemnity bond compulsion and gold Appraisal Training programme to be held on 25th and 26th February.
4) Any other matter permitted by the chair.
Followings members elected unanimously for the next Governing Council
a) Er. Sita Ram Kumar elected as Chairman
b) Er. Amod Kumar Mishra elected as Gen Secretary
c) Er. Vijay Kumar Singh as Patron
d) Er. Anurag Kumar as Finance Secretary
e) Er. Upendra Kishore, Er. Shyam Sunder Bhartia, Er. CCM Upadhaya, Er. Sakti Kumar Prabhakar, Er. Raushan Lal, Er. Neeraj Kumar as Executive Council MembersThe noninations for the members were collected & rest of the team & Council members will be elected in the next forthcoming meeting of the chapter.
The team also initiated the green plantation drive in the city. All CEV members were requested to motivate the residents of various housing colonies to plant & protect a maximum number of trees in & around the colonies.
The meeting is Presided over by detailed discussions and ended with a vote of thanks by Chairman Er. Sita Ram Kumar & Governing Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure on a voluntary basis.
The appointment letters on behalf of the CEV Core Committee will be delivered in a forthcoming event to the newly appointed team of the Local Chapter by worthy President Dr. Rajwinder Singh.
Sh. Er.Shyam Sunder Bhartia the newly elected Executive Council Member of the chapter conveys a special thanks to all Governing Board, Delegates, Participants to grace the occasion, for giving him the chance to serve this organization & attending this fabulous event organized by the Chapter.
