APPROVED PANEL OF VALUERS

The panel of Board approved valuers comprising (i) Valuers having registration under Wealth Tax Act (ii) Valuers not having registration under Wealth Tax Act, was circulated vide SASTRA Division Circular No. 29/2024 dated 18.04.2024 – Approved Panel of Valuers.

Empanelment of Valuers not having registration under Wealth Tax Act is not approved and henceforth, Bank shall prefer empanelment of Wealth Tax registered valuers only.

Further, existing valuers in the panel who are not registered under Wealth Tax Act shall continue on Bank’s panel till there existing tenure of empanelment and their empanelment shall not be renewed again. In this regard, necessary changes in the extant Bank’s guidelines shall be made by the HO: IRMD.
Now, after approval of fresh empanelment of 232 Valuers having registration under the Wealth Tax Act, amendments in the details of the existing 57 empanelled valuers & removal/dis-empanelment of the existing 84 valuers, the final position of the panel of valuers as approved by the Board is as under:
