Saturday, 29 February 2020: CEV INTEGRAL APPRAISERS FOUNDATION (Registered Section-8 under Company’s Act-2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) in the exercise of the power conferred by Rule 12 (2) (b) of the Companies ( Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017 conducted 2nd one-day session of COP & distributed the Certificate of Practice to its members, who had cleared their Examination conducted by IBBI recently, during a COP function organized at Hotel Ramada Encore Jalandhar in Association with Council of Engineers and Valuers, J K Cement, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air-conditioning Engineers ASHRAE Chandigarh Chapter.
Er. Sundeep Bansal, the Director, presented the report while highlighting the various achievements of the CEV IAF.
CEO Dr. Rajwinder Singh said that CEV IAF RVO is the tenth and only registered RVO under IBBI, MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS in this region of north India (Punjab, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Uttarakhand) and serving the Valuers Professionals all over the country on the CHARITABLE basis with minimum fee structure and maximum benefits.
Er Vaibhav Bansal Director & MD Shefalika Bansal added that recent education programs in Jalandhar, Mangalore, Bhopal, and Kanpur, Bathinda were highly successful and show the good faith of professionals towards the transparent & members friendly working of CEV IAF RVO.
Er, Rajesh Kumar Education Officer encouraged and motivated all the valuers to take a keen interest to Appear and clear the examination as soon as possible in order to enhance their talents and join hands with the Government policies and initiatives for regulating the noble profession of Valuation.
A lecture on Code of Ethics for Registered Valuers and How to Carry out Valuation Under Company’s Act under section 247 was delivered by Dr. Rajwinder Singh Bansal & a lecture on Code of Conduct for Registered Valuers Was delivered by Er. Rajesh Kumar & How to prepare a Valuation report required for different purposes delivered by Er Sundeep Bansal.
A lecture on Product Application for new products in the construction industry was delivered by Er Vikas Malhotra of J K Cement.
