PUBLIC NOTICE
State Bank of India, Ahmedabad Circle invites applications in the prescribed format for empanelment of Valuers for three (3) years. Any of the below mentioned categories of Valuers may apply for empanelment as Valuers, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in Annexure-I:
a). Valuers Registered with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI)
b). Valuers registered under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 (valuers under SARFAESI Act, 2002)
c). Valuers other than (a) and (b) above.
The Valuers willing to get empanelled shall submit their applications in prescribed format (Annexure II) along with relevant enclosures / documents (Annexure III) and checklist (Annexure-X) to the nearest business unit / branch latest by 31.07.2023 for further scrutiny.
Already empanelled Valuers of SBI, Ahmedabad Circle wishing to get empanelled again with the Bank will have to apply afresh except those empanelled valuers whose validity is upto 31.12.2025 i.e, those empanelled valuers whose empanelment is valid upto 31.12.2025 need not apply again.
The Bank reserves the right to amend / modify any terms and conditions of empanelment and withdraw the advertisement without any notice.
