EMPANELMENT OF VALUERS
PUBLIC NOTICE

Bhubaneshwar (Bureau Correspondent):- The State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Bhubaneshwar, invites applications for empanelment of Valuers for a period of three years from the date of empanelment. Any of the categories of Valuers Mentioned Below may apply for empanelment, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
(a) Registered Valuers under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, who ought to be registered under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017, as per the notification dated 18.10.2017 of Govt. Of India, the Ministry of Company Affairs, and
(b) Valuers registered under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 (Valuers under SARFAESI Act, 2002)
(c) Valuers other than (a) and (b) above
The empanelment of valuers shall be in the following categories:
(i) Valuers under SARFAESI Act, 2002
(ii) Valuers other than under SARFAESI Act, 2002, (including valuers registered with IBBI)
The following Existing valuers can also apply for_
1) To be re-categorised under SARFAESI Category from existing ‘Other than SARFAESI Category’ / ‘Non- SARFAESI Category’ based on required eligibility (Availability of Form 34 AB Certificate)
2) To be upgraded from ‘B’ or ‘C’ Category of valuers to ‘A’ Category of valuers based on eligibility criteria.
3) Whose Empanelment is expired/expiring during the year 2026.

The valuers shall submit their applications in the prescribed formats along with relevant enclosures/documents etc., to the nearest SBI branch / Business Unit on or before 20.10.2025 for further scrutiny, recommendation, and submission to the appropriate authority.
Bank reserves the right to amend / modify any terms and conditions of empanelment and withdraw the advertisement without any notice.
