MEHR CHAND POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE GOT NBA ACCREDITATION

JALANDHAR (TECHNO REPORTER) 16/04/2024: The achievements of Mehr Chand Polytechnic College a prominent college of polytechnic in Punjab, sported in a dazzling way when the National Board Of Accreditation, New Delhi granted accreditation to the Electrical Diploma Programm through in file no 31-19-20-10 NBA for three years.

Principal Dr. Jagroop Singh said that this accreditation period will be valid up to 30 June 2027 and the students who will complete their study in this program will get certificates marked as NBA accredited program. He also said that this branch has got accreditation for the second time and it has become the first polytechnic college in Punjab that has got this achievement.

Principal Dr. Jagroop Singh congratulated Sh. Kashmir Kumar HOD, and staff for this great achievement. He also congratulated NBA Co-ordinator Dr. Rajeev Bhatia and praised the efforts done by the whole staff. He also addressed that the college had applied for two courses and the result of pharmacy is still awaited.

He said that on the occasion of platinum jubilee celebrations, this achievement had shimmered like a star and he thanked a lot for this great achievement. He also thanked the Chairman managing committee Dr. Punam Suri, Director of Higher Education Shiv Raman Gaur (Retd. I.A.S), Justice NK Sood, Sh. Arvind Ghai and Sh. Ajay Goswami for their guidance, motivation, and cooperation.

The atmosphere of the college was in full zeal and zest after getting this accreditation. Sweet ladoos were distributed on the occasion of Durga Ashtami. Ms. Manju Manchada, Sh. Prince Madan, Sh. Tarlok Singh, Sh. Pardeep Kumar, Sh. Rajesh Kumar, Sh. Vikramjit Singh, Sh. Gagandeep, Ms. Geeta, and Ms Simratpal were also present on this occasion.
