INTERESTING ARTICLE BY ER. P. T. HARDIKAR
The appraisal of the Guidelines on Caveats, Limitations, and Disclaimers issued by the IBBI is being made with due respect to the IBBI, the experts on the committee appointed by the IBBI and Shri. Khazan Chandra whose article on the subject has been published in the April 2021 issue of the Indian Valuer.
I am thankful to Shri. Khazan Chandra since his article invited my attention to the Guidelines issued by the IBBI published in the Oct.-Nov 2020 issue of the Indian Valuer.
The comments made in this article are in respect of the valuation of Real Estate only and may or may not be applicable to the other branches of valuation like Valuation of Plant and Machinery, Business Valuation, etc. Hereafter the words “Valuation” means Valuation of Real Estate, “Valuer” denotes Real Estate Valuer, “Guidelines” means “Guidelines issued by the IBBI, and “Article” should be taken as Article by Shri.
