GOVERNMENT ISSUES NEW AMENDMENTS FOR COMPANIE’S REGISTERED VALUERS & VALUATION RULES -2017 (IBBI)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 247 read with sections 458,459 and 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules, 2017, namely…………………. Please find attached the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Amendment Rules 2022, notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 21 November 2022, for your consideration and necessary action please.

The same may be circulated with all the Registered Valuers enrolled with the respective RVOs.

Further, with respect to the fee payable for modification in details of RVs/RV-Es and RVOs, the same shall be paid to IBBI in the following account address –

Any and every request for modification in details of the RVs/RV-Es/RVOs should be accompanied with proof of payment of the requisite fee as mentioned in the Annexure-V of the amended Valuation Rules.
