WHY VALUERS SHOULD ATTEND
Income tax valuation is fast growing field after bank valuations. This workshop shall greatly boost the knowledge & confidence of valuers by learning various techniques & intricacies. It’s for the first time that such a workshop is being conducted in NORTH REGION solely for benefit of INCOME TAX practicing valuers. It’s imperative to gain good knowledge and skill from various sources, seminars, experts and thru such workshops.
Most of the valuers who are registered with the INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT under section 34AB are hesitant to practice in this field, for the fear of making mistakes or not being confident. It’s most relevant because there are several sections in the act that require deep knowledge and understanding.
Presently there’s hardly any literature or published cases available for reference, but books also need proper explanation & practical guidance. For all such practitioners, this workshop shall cover all relevant sections of the INCOME TAX ACT & about their use and application in your report in the most professional manner.
This will be a GOLDEN CHANCE for all valuers to hone their skills & enhance their knowledge & understanding about the subject in detail in becoming a confident & INCOME TAX VALUER like a PRO..!!
We have planned this workshop very sincerely, specifically to impart a good understanding and deep insight into various provisions and sections of the Income tax act, and how to prepare the capital gain valuations & Cost of Construction reports. We would most certainly like all of you to make a program to attend this workshop.
The speakers are one of the best, very knowledgeable, having written no of books on the subject, also conducting several such successful seminars & workshops in South region for many years. This shall be a real boon and golden chance for north region valuers.
As enquired by many valuer friends, about the CEP points, it’s made clear that a certificate for 12 CEP points shall be awarded to each successful participant. However, these points may not qualify for IBBI credits required annually. Because for IBBI credits, the seminar or workshop has to be conducted by an IBBI-approved RVO. PVAI is a parent organisation of PVAI RVO.
This workshop is being conducted under PVAI and not PVAI RVO. Therefore, let us not think about CEP credit points always, but adopt a pragmatic approach towards knowledge & skill upgradation

& on the spot – Rs.12,000/- # Special Discount for Senior Valuers
of Age 70 & above – 25% on above
