THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE PATIALA CHAPTER OF CEV WAS HELD ON 10/12/2022

25 PROMINENT ENGINEERS, VALUERS & ARCHITECTS ATTENDED THIS EVENT

PATIALA 10/12/2022 (TECHNO REPORTER): On the occasion of the festival season a monthly meeting of the Patiala Chapter was held at Hotel IQBAL INN Rajpura Road, Patiala on the 10th of December 2022.

This event was attended by various prominent Engineers, Architects & Valuers of the nearby areas under the able guidance of Ar. Lokesh Gupta (Chairman) & Er. Raman Kumar Verma (Secretary) from CEV Royal Chapter Patiala. 

The main agenda of the meeting was to celebrate the reinstallation of the Patiala Chapter & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & develop social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.

 

It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The new team was elected wholeheartedly by the members present in the meeting.

Gen Body Meeting of CEV Royal Chapter Patiala held on 10th Dec Saturday at 11.45 AM at Hotel Iqbal Inn Patiala. About 25 members including architects and engineers attended the meeting

Following matters discussed:-
1) Valuations assigned to members by banks.
2) Appointment of one legal counsel who will handle legal challenges faced by valuers.
3) Solution of Problems faced by fellow valuers day to day.
4) Restrcture & reinstallation of CEV Patiala Chapter.

Followings members elected unanimously
a) AR. LOKESH GUPTA Re-elected as Chairman
b) ER. R. K. VERMA re-elected as Secretary
c) ER. SK MALHOTRA & ER. P.S. VIRDI as Patron
d) AR. MADHU BANSAL as Finance Secretary
e) AR RAMESH GROVER as Vice Chairman
f) ER. GAUTAM MODI as Jt Secretary
Meeting is followed by lunch and ended with vote of thanks by Chairman AR. LOKESH GUPTA

Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure on voluntary basis.

The appointment letters on behalf of the CEV Core Committee will be delivered in a forthcoming event to the newly appointed team of Royal Patiala Chapter by worthy President Dr. Rajwinder Singh .

The completion certificates of all the candidates of six months CPD course in the valuation of Real Estate & Plant n Machinery for the next batch will also be distributed at that event.

The Journalist cards for the TECHNO NEWS TEAM were also distributed to the successful candidates of the journalist’s panel.

Ar. Lokesh Gupta newely elected Chairman of the chapter conveys a special thanks to all Delegates, Participants to grace the occasion, for giving him the chance to serve this organization & attending this fabulous event organized by the CEV Royal Patialaa Chapter.

Er. Raman Kumar Verma newly elected Secretary added Let us celebrate the occasion of installation celebration by offering prayers to Lord Vishwakarma and seeking his blessings for a successful tomorrow.

Sundeep Bansal (General Secretary) and all members of the CEV Headquarters team congratulate the newly elected team for their appointment and restless efforts for the re-installation of the Patiala Chapter for the welfare of Engineers and Valuers in this Royal City of Punjab Culture & most popular Industrial region of Malwa in Punjab.
