EMPANELMENT FORM FOR CANARA BANK & PROCEDURE FOR 2022
YOU ARE ADVISED TO GO THROUGH THE FOLLOWING AND SUBMIT THE COMPLETE APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT.
- Kindly send the application as per Bank Format (Attached herewith).
- KYC of Individual /Firm /All partners self-attested and duly verified with originals by Branch official with Seal & Sign.
- Educational Qualification Certificate for registration as Valuer as per the Companies Act, 2013 (refer Page No. 32 of HO Cir. No. 370/2020.)
- Certificate of Membership issued by any Registered Valuers Organization recognized by IBBI, India or by Institute of Valuers, Delhi.
- Certificate of Approved Valuer issued by any Registered Valuers Organization recognized by IBBI, India.
- Registered Valuer Certificate from IBBI, if available.
- Chartered Engineer Certificate issued by The Institution of Engineers (India), if empanelment under CE category.
- Registration with CCIT/CCWT (Approval for the category of assets to be verified i.e. Immovable Property OR Plant & Machinery OR Agricultural Lands etc.)
- Proof of Empanelment with other Banks (Latest empanelment letters issued by Banks.)
- GST Registration Certificate or Self-Declaration if GST is not applicable(for Firms on letterhead.)
- PAN and Aadhaar /Passport /Voter ID /etc.
- If Proprietorship Firm, copy of GSTIN/ Trade License /Shop & Establishment Certificate etc.
- If Partnership Firm, copy of Partnership Deed, Firm PAN, and GSTIN.
- Letter of the previous empanelment of Canara bank.
All the KYC/Supporting documents submitted must be self-attested by the Individual/Proprietor/Managing Partner/Partners as the case may be and duly attested as Verified with Originals by Branch with a seal & sign on each document without fail and submit the application to Regional Office for RO Head Recommendation.
