Anil Goel is the Founder and Chairman of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP (AAAIP), one of the first two ‘Insolvency Professional Entities (IPE) recognized by ‘Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India’ (IBBI).
He was a former member of the Advisory Committee of IPA of ICAI till March 2020
He is Co-Chairman of Assocham National Council for Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
He was a member of the working group established by IBBI for the implementation of Individual Bankruptcy in India.
The former member for SEBI Group as constituted by IBBI for interaction with SEBI, NSE & BSE for seeking concessions for companies under Insolvency Process.
He was a faculty for awareness program launched at the instance of CBDT & IBBI for Tax authorities and deliberating on tax authorities viz-a-viz IBC
He was a faculty for spreading awareness amongst DRT members and officials on Insolvency and Bankruptcy of Personal Guarantors.
He is a regular faculty at IICA for the first batch of the Graduate Insolvency Program by IBBI
Anil Goel is a regular speaker at various forums and webinars on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Valuation, and management of stressed assets under SARFAESI or otherwise through restructuring of debt. He is a regular speaker at Workshops organized by IBBI, IPAs of ICAI, ICSI and ICMA, Assocham, CII, Ph.D., IICA, FICCI and have given multiple talks at banks and financial institutions, besides being faculty at training workshops organized by IBBI for IPs and Pre-registration Education Course for new Insolvency Professionals by IPAs, SBI Academy, IICA for GIP, etc.
He is a regular contributor of articles and other content on digital media.

CA Anil Goel is also the most experienced IP in the Country as he has concluded 15 assignments in his name and is presently acting as liquidator in 10 Companies.
Some of the known names are REI Agro Limited, Rotomac Group of Companies, LML Limited, Amrapali Group, Lanco Group Companies, Nirav Modi Group Companies, Visa Power, Varrsana Ispat, etc. either in his name or in the name of his partners.
He is the founder of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP, the largest Insolvency Professionals Entity ( IPE ) in the Country in terms of:
Handling more than 190 assignments as IRP/RP/Liquidator collectively in the names of all the partners of AAA Insolvency Professionals LLP, which he is supervising and providing all the support services including legal support including 45 assignments of Liquidation Process.
The largest number of Designated Partners i.e. 32 (thirty-two) and 11 Associate Partners at different locations.
The largest number of Human Resources i.e. 300 plus working full time for Insolvency and Sarfaesi Practice

CA Anil Goel is also the Founder and Chairman of AAA Capital Services Private Limited (AAACS), a company engaged in the profession of ‘Resolution and Enforcement Agents’ under the Sarfaesi Act, having operations across 22 states of the Country. AAACS is also the largest company in the Country under this domain, having handled more than 26000 plus cases under Sarfaesi Act and have taken more than 4,000 physical possessions of secured assets.
CA Anil Goel is also non-executive chairman of AAA Valuation Professionals (I) LLP, an IBBI recognized Registered Valuer Entity for all asset classes. The Valuation firm is having 11 partners and is doing many large-size assignments.
Anil Goel is a Senior partner of M/s AAAG & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, a mid-level CA Firm engaged in raising funds, structuring, restructuring, rehabilitation and have handled more than 1000 such cases besides handling audit, accounting, compliances of GST, Income-tax, Companies Act, FEMA, etc for more than 200 business families and their entities.
GENERAL PROTOCOLS TO ATTEND THE ONLINE CEP SESSIONS
1) You can attend this session through your Laptop or PC or TAB. Your camera should be on and Mike should be mute during the class. 2) Digital attendance will be marked after every hour with your face impression hence you should ensure your face should be visible on-screen every moment of the class. 3) During the lecture nobody is allowed to disturb the flow/continuity of the subject. Sufficient time will be given after the lecture to solve any doubt, query, or difficulty. 4) Certificate of PARTICIPATION will not be provided If any candidate is marked short attendance for less than prescribed hours for whatsoever reasons. 5) These candidates will have to attend the physical classes again to complete their time required probably in DECEMBER 2021 with additional fee payments. 6) Indiscipline will not be tolerated for whatsoever reasons. 7) CEV will try and help all candidates to compete in this specialized CEP program within a specific time period but the time period may be increased as per the flow of the topic. 8) In case of emergency you are allowed to join with a mobile phone for a short period of time only. But in that case, your mobile screen should be in Landscape (horizontal) mode.
