LIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. (LICHFL) invites applications from the eligible/existing interested Firms/Companies for empanelment as Panel Valuers for conducting Valuation of Properties of Loan applications received at Area Offices/Business Centres.

Annexure 3 – Criterion for empanelment
Annexure 4 – Terms and Conditions for Empanelment
Annexure 5 – Methodology for Selection
Annexure 6 – Reporting Formats (PVR-1 to PVR 6)
Eligible/interested Firms/Companies who are agreeable to the terms and conditions should submit their application to the respective Area Office/Business Centre. Application Forms should be duly signed with photographs affixed by the authorized person.
