NOTICE
FOR SELECTION AND EMPANELMENT OF CONSULTANT/AGENCIES
FOR LANDSCAPING WORKS AND TERRACE GARDEN IN NABARD
HEAD OFFICE, BKC, MUMBAI
1. Request for Proposal
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development invites offer from Consultants/Agencies for rendering consultancy services for Landscaping Works and Terrace Gardening in its Head Office at BKC, Mumbai-400 051. Brief description of the projects and tentative cost of projects are mentioned in Technical Bid document and in Price Bid document. Applicants are requested to submit their offer in sealed envelope for afore-said work as per terms and conditions and other requirements as mentioned more specifically elsewhere in this tender document.
2. Applications are invited through competitive bidding from Architectural Consultants/ Agencies with adequate qualified professional staff and who have successfully carried out similar project for major Public sector Undertakings / Corporates / Private Bodies.
3. Applicants are advised to submit their tender as Technical bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II). The tender documents can be downloaded from our web site www.nabard.org .
4. The Tender Documents issued to you contains Technical Bid (Part-1) and Price Bid (Part-II).
5. Properly filled applications as Technical Bid (Part-I) and Price Bid (Part-II) shall be submitted separately in sealed envelopes into a sealed envelopes, duly furnishing all the required information. These sealed envelopes should be superscribed as “Technical Bid for Selection of Consultants for Landscaping works in NABARD Head Office, BKC, Mumbai”, “Price Bid for Selection of Consultants for Landscaping Works in NABARD Head Office, BKC, Mumbai”.
The two envelopes (Part-1 & Part-II as Technical Bid & Price Bid ) should be inserted in another sealed envelope which should be superscribed as “Tender for Selection/empanelment of Consultants for Landscaping Works and Gardening Services in NABARD Head Office, BKC, Mumbai” and should be addressed to “ Chief General Manager, DPSP, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, C-24, G-Block, Ground Floor, A-wing, BKC, Bandra(E), Mumbai – 400 051”, so as to reach this office latest by 14:00 hours on 18th May 2021.
The tenders shall be submitted in ‘Original’ to the Bank Source
