ABOUT THE AUTHOR:-

Mr. Mahendra Kakule holds a degree in Civil Engineering and MSc in Real Estate Valution. He is an eminent writer and speaker on the subject valuation and has spoken at various forums all over India. Since 2019 he regularly conducts a workshop series called ‘Knowledge Series by Mahendra Kakule’.

He is the winner of Gold and Silver medals and Valuer’s Excellence Award by Institution of Valuers & Best paper award at the international conference held at Chennai by IOV in association with World Association of Valuers Organisations (WAVO). The paper was judged Best presentation among 60 papers presented.
