जैसा की आप सब भली-भांति जानते है की CEV के मेंबर्स ने कोविड महामारी के दौर में समाज सेवा को तन मन धन से अपना लिया है और समाज के हर वर्ग को जरूरत की वस्तुए बांटी जा रही है जैसे की घर का राशन, बच्चों को पढ़ाई का समान, बड़ों और बूढ़ों को दवाई इत्यादि की सेवा करी ।

एक कदम और आगे बढ़ाते हुए अब यह संस्था अपने मेंबर्स और समाज को पढ़ाई और दवाई के साथ-साथ आर्थिक उन्नति के अवसर भी प्रदान करवा रही है ।

इस के तहत समाज का जो वर्ग नया ऑनलाइन बिजनेस स्थापित करना चाहता है यां फिर वह वर्ग जो अपने पुराने व्यवसाय को ऑनलाइन लीडस् मुहइया करवाना चाहता है तो कौंसिल ऑफ़ इंजीनयर्स एंड वैल्यूर्स उनको ट्रेनिंग के साथ-साथ ऑनलाइन लीडस् भी मुहइया करवाएगी ।

आप सब से प्रार्थना है इस समय बहुत से लोग लोग मुसीबत में है ।किसी के पास दवाई दूध करियाने के लिए पैसे नही है। अनेकों जानवर भूख से तड़प व चीख़ते है । वह किसी को बोल भी नही सकते कि हम भूखे है। एक समय खाना न मिले इंसान की तब क्या हालत होती है हम सब अच्छी तरह जानते है।

इस लिए इस समय हम पत्रकारों व इंजीनयर्स को देश का चौथा स्तम्भ होने के नाते “सेवा अभियान” में जुड़ कर सेवा करते हुए अपनी जिम्मेदारी निभानी है। CEV INDIA का सभी सदस्यों से अपेक्षित है कि तन लगाओ मन लगाओ और देश के लिए कुछ धन भी लगाना पड़े तो लगाओ।

आज इस कठिनाई में जहां लोग अपनो से मिलने पर कतरा रहे है, वहीं कुछ लोग बिना किसी लालच से अंनजानो को खाना खिला रहे है..भाई लोगो वो उनकी मजबूरी नही, उन लोगो को उनकी भूख की चिंता है जो इस मुसीबत की परवाह किये बिना निःस्वार्थ सेवा कर रहे है..कोई भूखा नही सोयेगा ..

वैसे सराहनीय है वो लोग जो इस कार्य को उठाएं हुए है के कोई भूखा ना रह जाये। कुछ नही कर सकते तो…. घर पर रहे, स्वस्थ रहेl ये भी आपकी देश के लिए सेवा ही है ..

Our industry is the second largest industry in India. The construction sector plays a vital role in the Indian economy Which directly affects GDP.

Currently, We are facing very serious medical issues or national problems. Which is directly or indirectly touch to Construction communities, Construction industry mainly depends on a big mass of skilled or unskilled labor, supervisory staff, Junior Engineers, etc. Of course, technocrats are there but they are not considered in large quantities of human mass. The entire industry is Required or needed the human mass for the development or growth of the industry.

Currently, maximum affected persons from our human mass due to viruses.

WE have to create special arrangements for our own mass. We have to create funds for our own human massive families which are playing a vital role in the construction industry.

All DONATIONS made to CEV CHARITABLE INSTITUTION are exempted from Income Tax in India.

Section 12A And 80G Registrations

12A and 80G are the two registrations granted by Income Tax Department to NGOs to allow them in Tax Exemption and permitting Deduction on Donations by the donors. A 12A and 80G registered NGO is more acceptable to receive prosperous funding and various tax reliefs.

What is an 80G Certificate?

80G Certificate is issued under Income Tax Act, 1961 to NGOs by Income Tax Department.

The primary objective behind the grant of 80G Registration is to motivate more donors to the organizations for donating funds.

Furthermore, the donors receive a 50% tax exemption on his total taxable income. To avail this exemption, the donor must attach the stamped receipt against the donation issued by the NGO.

What is 12A Registration?

12A Registration is the most initial step NGOs need to follow to seek a Certificate of Exemption from the Income Tax Department.

Companies registered under Section 12A don’t need to pay income tax as they are exempted from it.

Furthermore, the 12A Certificate helps you to seek permission from the government and the organizations abroad as 12A Registration acts as legitimate proof of your NGO’s existence.

Significance of 12A and 80G Registration

NGO with 12A Registration can claim a complete exemption from Income Tax Department. However, those with 80G Certification get the advantage of attracting more donors to the organization for donating funds.

Benefits of obtaining Registration under Section 12A and 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961

Both Sections 12A and 80G have their own significance and offer several benefits to NGOs with such Registrations. The advantages are as follows:

Only NGO’s who possess Registration under Section 12A and 80G are worthy of availing government funding.

With 80G Registration, NGOs can allure donors to donate funds to the organization.

Using this Registration, the donors can lessen the donation amount to the NGO from their total taxable income.

Registration under Section 12A helps the organizations to seek grants from the government & organizations abroad.
