CHANDIGARH: The CHB will begin the e-auction of 140 properties from Friday. Bids can be made from 10 am. The last date for submission is 10 am, January 24.

Bids will be opened from 10.15 am the same day. A total of 49 freehold residential units and 91 leasehold commercial properties are up for auction.

A total of 59 properties are in Manimajra, 17 in Kajheri, three in Sector 38W and 10 in Sector 40A. Reserve price ranges from Rs 18 lakh to Rs 3 crore.

As many as 49 residential units are located in sectors 26E, 38W, 49, 51A and 63, and Manimajra. The reserve price ranges from Rs 26 lakh to Rs 93 lakh.
