NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED MEMBERS TO GET THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE BY REGISTERED POST
Dear Members,
Greetings of the day!
We are pleased to inform you that if you have received an email from the IBBI office about the dispatch of your original registration certificate mentioning “Original certificate is being handed over to your Registered Valuers Organisation (RVO). You are requested to kindly contact your RVO in this regard” and the RVO office has received your original RV Registration Certificate & If you have not already collected it, kindly arrange to collect it from the office at your earliest convenience on any working day, either in person or through your authorized representative, with prior intimation.
However, if it is not feasible for you to collect the certificate personally or through a representative, we request you to kindly send the attached Undertaking on a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 100/-.
This will allow us to dispatch the certificate to your official address via registered post, as per your instructions at your risk and cost during the transit.
Please ensure the following when sending the Undertaking:
- An Empty A4-size Envelope containing your full postal address.
- A postal stamp of Rs. 50/- affixed to the envelope to avoid address errors.
- Attached Undertaking on a non-judicial stamp of Rs. 100/- duly attested/notarized
We kindly request all concerned members to act in accordance with these instructions to ensure smooth processing.
