FOR MEP PARTICIPANTS

Dear Participant,

Sir/Madam

Welcome, & thanks for your interest in joining the CEV IAF RVO the youngest charitable & most dynamic Registered Valuers Organisation in India.

Please complete the following formalities to enable us to process your Application at the earliest.

Members are requested to send hard copies of testimonials along with the following SELF-ATTESTED documents by registered post or speed post only:-

1. FORM-1 CEV IAF Enrollment form, along with photograph pasted on it.
2. FORM-2 CEV Premium Membership form,  along with photograph pasted on it.
3. Two sets (One with each Form) of KYC documents Aadhaar Card & PAN card. SELF-ATTESTED**
4. Two sets (One with each Form) of Qualification/Degree Certificates. SELF-ATTESTED**
5. Two sets (One with each Form) of fee transactions Receipt. SELF-ATTESTED**
6. Feedback form, also available on ceviaf.org.
7. Undertaking as per format attached. NOTARY / MAGISTRATE-ATTESTED
8. Code of Conduct with signature on all pages.

** Note: ESSENTIAL DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE KYC IN FORM-1 & FORM-2 AS MENTIONED ABOVE:

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PARTICIPANTS

  • A total of 50 hours of online learning sessions will be conducted throughout the course.
  • The maximum capacity for each batch will be 50 participants, in line with the regulations set by IBBI.
  • Due to the limited number of seats available, registration will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The date sheet & timetable of the classes will be intimated to the participants in the whatsapp group with a prior notice of 15 days.
  • All successful and eligible participants will receive a weblink & confirmation email 48 hours prior to the start of the course batch.
  • Only registered participants will receive the web link to access the online sessions.
  • To enrol in the course, participants must have access to a laptop, desktop, or tablet with a functioning camera and a reliable internet connection.
  • Participant engagement and attendance will be tracked using an intelligent attendance monitoring system during the online sessions.
  • Attendance is mandatory for all classes in order to complete the 50-hour training program successfully.
  • Participants will be awarded a certificate of participation only upon completion of the full 50-hour training course.
  • If a participant misses any of the sessions during the 50-hour course, they may make up for the missed hours by attending up to one additional live batch within a 3-month period. This 3-month window begins from the date of the first attended batch. A certificate of completion will be granted once all pending hours are fulfilled as per the specified timeline.
  • A GST tax invoice will only be issued to participants who possess an individual GSTIN and not to those registering on behalf of a company or firm.
  • The name on the certificate of participation will be printed exactly as it appears on the participant’s pan card.
  • Educational study materials will be provided exclusively to the participants who are officially registered for the course.
  • Individuals holding the position of whole-time director, executive director, or managing director are ineligible to become a registered valuer.
  • Employed individuals are allowed to take the course and sit for the registered valuer examination. However, they will not be permitted to practice as a registered valuer until they are no longer employed, as per IBBI guidelines.
  • It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they meet the necessary qualifications and experience required for enrollment in the course.

🔺 IMPORTANT REMINDER FOR ATTENDING ONLINE CLASSES 🔺

GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR ONLINE SESSION PARTICIPATION

📌👉 Late arrivals will not be permitted entry into the class under any circumstances or excuses.

  1. Participants are required to keep their cameras ON throughout the session and ensure that their microphones remain muted when not speaking. Please note that mobile phones are strictly prohibited for use during class time.
  2. Digital attendance will be recorded every hour based on facial recognition. Therefore, it is essential that your face remains visible on the screen at all times during the session.
  3. To maintain the flow of the lecture, participants must refrain from interrupting the instructor during the session. Adequate time will be provided at the end of the class to address any questions or concerns.
  4. Completion certificates for the MEP/CEPs will not be issued if a participant has been marked with insufficient attendance due to missing hours, regardless of the reason.
  5. Those who fall short of the required attendance will be given the opportunity to attend refresher classes in September 2025, subject to an additional fee, and only in a physical mode.
  6. Indiscipline or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
  7. The CEV team is committed to assisting all participants in successfully completing this specialized MEP/CEP program within the designated time frame.
  8. In case of an emergency, participants may temporarily join the session using a mobile phone. However, this is only allowed for short durations, and your mobile screen must be in landscape (horizontal) mode.
  9. It is important to maintain a proper sitting posture and adhere to a dress code that is suitable for a professional online learning environment.
  10. During class, participants must refrain from engaging in any movement, traveling, driving, or phone calls to ensure full attention is given to the session.
  11. For attendance and verification purposes, you will only be permitted to join if your Zoom profile name exactly matches your PAN/REGISTRATION details.

Please adhere to these protocols strictly to ensure a smooth and productive learning experience for all participants.
