THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE DELHI NCR OF CEV WAS HELD ON 13/12/2022
MANY PROMINENT ENGINEERS, VALUERS & ARCHITECTS ATTENDED THIS EVENT
NEW DELHI 13/12/2022 (TECHNO REPORTER): On the occasion of the festival season a monthly meeting of the Delhi NCR Chapter was held at SECTOR-3, NOIDA, GAUTAM BUDDHA NAGAR on the 13th of December 2022.
This event was attended by various prominent Engineers, Architects & Valuers of the nearby areas under the able guidance of Er. Sujeet K. Srivastava (Chairman) & Er. Pawan K Nagpal (Secretary) from CEV Chapter Delhi NCR.
The main agenda of the meeting was to celebrate the reinstallation of the Delhi NCR Chapter & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & develop social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.
It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The new team was elected wholeheartedly by the members present in the meeting.

Gen Body Meeting of CEV Delhi NCR Chapter held on 13th Dec Tuesday at 3.00 PM at SECTOR-3, NOIDA, GURUGRAM. About 12 members including architects and engineers attended the meetingFollowing matters discussed:-
1) Valuations assigned to members by banks.
2) Appointment of one legal counsel who will handle legal challenges faced by valuers.
3) Solution of Problems faced by fellow valuers day to day.
4) Re-strcture & reinstallation of CEV Delhi NCR Chapter.Followings members elected unanimously for the next Governing Council
a) Er. Sujeet Kumar Srivastava Re-elected as Chairman
b) Er. Pawan Kumar Nagpal re-elected as Secretary
c) Er. V. P. Aggarwal as Patron
d) Er. Sandeep Goel as Finance Secretary
e) Er. Vimal Mehta & Er. Umesh Johar as Vice Chairman
f) Er. Anand Kumar Prusty as Joint Secretary & Er. Alok Bhatnagar, Er. Anil Bansal, Er. Mukesh Verma, Er. Lovkesh Goel, Raman Dip Singh, Mr. Naresh Panday, Er. Yash Gupta, Er.Rajnish Kumar Malik appointed as Council Members.
The meeting is followed by detailed discussions and ended with a vote of thanks by Chairman Er. Sujeet Srivastava & Governing Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure on a voluntary basis.
The appointment letters on behalf of the CEV Core Committee will be delivered in a forthcoming event to the newly appointed team of Royal Patiala Chapter by worthy President Dr. Rajwinder Singh .
The completion certificates of all the candidates of six months CPD course in the valuation of Real Estate & Plant n Machinery for the next batch will also be distributed at that event.
The Journalist cards for the TECHNO NEWS TEAM were also distributed to the successful candidates of the journalist’s panel.
Er. Sujeet Kumar Srivastava the newely elected Chairman of the chapter conveys a special thanks to all Delegates, Participants to grace the occasion, for giving him the chance to serve this organization & attending this fabulous event organized by the CEV Delhi NCR Chapter.
Er. Pawan Kumar Nagpal the newly elected Secretary added Let us celebrate the occasion of installation celebration by offering prayers to Lord Vishwakarma and seeking his blessings for a successful tomorrow and requested all members to come forward to attend such events & to come in the front line of the volunteers of the organisation..
