A MEETING OF THE FIROZPUR CHAPTER OF CEV WAS HELD ON 22/12/2022
MANY PROMINENT ENGINEERS, VALUERS & ARCHITECTS ATTENDED THIS EVENT
FIROZPUR CITY 22/12/2022 (TECHNO REPORTER): On the occasion of the festival season a monthly meeting of the FIROZPUR Chapter was held at 14–MALL ROAD, OPPOSITE POLICE STATION SADAR, FIROZPUR CITY on the 22nd of December 2022. This event was attended by various prominent Engineers, Architects & Valuers of the nearby areas under the able guidance of Er. Santokh Singh (Chairman) & Er. Gurvinder Singh (Secretary) from CEV Chapter FIROZPUR.
The main agenda of the meeting was to celebrate the reinstallation of the LOCAL Chapter & Gen discussion on Valuations performed by fellow members including finding Solutions to various problems faced by fellow valuers & develop social unity among the various professionals who are members of the same society & strengthen the roots of the organization.
It was decided to transfer the responsibility of the office to the new representatives on a yearly rotation basis. The new team was elected wholeheartedly by the members present in the meeting.

Gen Body Meeting of CEV FIROZPUR Chapter held on 22nd Dec Tuesday at 4.30 PM at 14-MALL ROAD, OPPOSITE POLICE STATION SADAR, FIROZPUR CITY. About 20 members including architects and engineers attended the meeting
Following matters discussed:-
1) Valuations assigned to members by banks.
2) Appointment of one legal counsel who will handle legal challenges faced by valuers.
3) Solution of Problems faced by fellow valuers day to day.
4) Re-strcture & reinstallation of CEV Firozpur Chapter.
Followings members elected unanimously for the next Governing Council
a) Er. Santokh Singh elected as Chairman
b) Er. Gurvinder Singh elected as Secretary
c) Er. Rakesh Manchanda & Er Paramjit Singh as Patron
d) Er. Gurpreet Singh. as Finance Secretary
e) Er. Nirmaljit Singh Jolly as Vice Chairman
f) 1. Er Aman Chawla, 2. Er Yogesh Kakkar, 3. Er Diners Sharma, 4. Er Tajinder Singhappointed as Executive Committee Members.
The meeting is followed by detailed discussions and ended with a vote of thanks by Chairman Er. Santokh Singh & Governing Council members were given the responsibility to serve the organization for the next tenure on a voluntary basis.
The appointment letters on behalf of the CEV Core Committee will be delivered in a forthcoming event to the newly appointed team of Local Chapter by worthy President Dr. Rajwinder Singh .
The completion certificates of all the candidates of six months CPD course in the valuation of Real Estate & Plant n Machinery for the next batch will also be distributed at that event.
The Journalist cards for the TECHNO NEWS TEAM were also distributed to the successful candidates of the journalist’s panel.
Er. Santokh Singh the newely elected Chairman of the chapter conveys a special thanks to all Delegates, Participants to grace the occasion, for giving him the chance to serve this organization & attending this fabulous event organized by the Chapter.
Er. Gurvinder Singh the newly elected Secretary added Let us celebrate the occasion of installation celebration by offering prayers to Lord Vishwakarma and seeking his blessings for a successful tomorrow and requested all members to come forward to attend such events & to come in the front line of the volunteers of the organisation..

Sundeep Bansal (General Secretary) and all members of the CEV Headquarters team congratulate the newly elected team for their appointment and restless efforts for the re-installation of the Chapter for the welfare of Engineers and Valuers in this Region of the Country.
