EMPANELMENT OF VALUERS IN SBI 

State Bank of India, invites applications for empanelment of Valuers for the period upto 30.06.2023. Any of the below mentioned categories of Valuers may apply for empanelment as Valuers, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria as mentioned in

Annexure-I:
a) Registered Valuers under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, who ought to be registered under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017, as per the notification date 18.10.2017 of Govt. of India, Ministry of Company Affairs.

b) Valuers registered under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act, 1957 (valuers under SARFAESI Act, 2002)

c) Valuers other than (a) and (b) above.

The Valuers shall submit their applications in prescribed format in Annexure-II along with relevant enclosures / documents etc., as mentioned in Annexure-III to the nearest business units / branches, etc.  for further scrutiny, recommendations and submission to appropriate authority.
