VALUATION OF SECURITIES

EMPANELMENT OF VALUERS OF COLLATERAL SECURITY

With reference to Corporate Centre Circular Letter No. CCO/CPPD- ADV/49/2019-20. dated 03.07.2019, wherein the revised policy on empanelment of valuers was detailed. Also, refer to Circular No. SARG/ARC/6/2020-21 dated 30.05.2020, wherein the list of ECCB approved SBI Empaneled valuers-296 Nos (both Land & Building(L&B) and Plant & Machinery(P&M)) were listed for PAN India.

Also, at Circle level 17 valuers were approved by appropriate authority. The ECCB vide its meeting held on 05.01.2021 has accorded approval for fresh empanelment of valuers – 60 nos. i.e. Valuers under SARFAESI Act, 2002 (Valuers registered u/s 34AB of Wealth Tax Act 1957).
