RAJKOT 24TH SEPT 2021 (CEV NEWS): ON THE OCCASION OF VALUERS DAY (OCTOBER 2ND, 2021), WITH THE THEME OF THE CELEBRATION BEING “TECHNOLOGY IN VALUATION”, IOV RAJKOT BRANCH IS COMING UP WITH A FUN AND ONE OF ITS KIND EVENT
In a special interview with our journalist the event in charge Ar. Nilesh Suchdev informed that all valuers from across the country and outside are invited to send in their entries in line with the below guidelines, and shortlisted entries will be allowed to present on the day, in a rapid-fire round:
Guidelines for sending entries:
1. Write down your idea of how technology can be used innovatively in valuations, on not more than one page. You can attach extra images/illustrations if you so need. You can also attach a voice description (recorded) if you want. Even a short description is acceptable, as long as it outlines the idea.
2. You just need to put it in an ideal manner, a complete presentation is not required.
3. Your entry must reach us latest by September 25th, midnight (extended to 27th midnight, IST)
4. If more than one entry is received for the same idea, the better-explained entry may be chosen. In case of a tie, the entry received first will be given preference – so send your idea as soon as possible. You can send multiple entries, and more than one entry may be selected for any presenter, subject to the merit of the idea.
5. All entries received will be perused and certain entries will be shortlisted and informed to present on October 2nd.
6. The presentation will be in hybrid mode – online and offline, and the presenter will have the choice to present online or offline.
7. Presenter will be given 5 minutes to present the idea to all the attendees.
8. There will be a quick Q&A round at the end of the presentations, to clear the doubts of attendees.
9. Lastly, all attendees will poll for the best idea presentation, and the winner and all presenters will be duly recognized.
