Integrity and fairness involves leadership which is honest, transparent and consistent, where there is fairness and equity in decision making and humble understanding of personal limitations and biases

It is impartial and just treatment or behavior without favoritism or discrimination
Having the integrity and fairness means doing the right thing in reliable way
Integrity means following your moral or ethical convictions and doing the right thing in all circumstances, even if no one is, watching you
