As CEV INDIA on behalf of its members has already made its representation against submitting indemnity bond to S.B.I., so the members are advised to desist from submitting indemnity bond in its present form.

However a member may submit it on his own risk and cost.

Today in Governing Body Meeting core committee has taken a decision that CEV Valuers will not sign any Indemnity Bond.

We have already sent one representation to SBI and will be sending another representation to SBI & other banks soon.
