CEV IAF RVO CELEBRATED “HAR GHAR TIRANGA” ALONG WITH AAZADI KA AMRUT MAHOTSAV DURING ITS 20th CONTINUOUS BATCH OF 50 HOURS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM ON 14/08/2022
JALANDHAR-14/08/2022(TECHNO REPORTER): CEV Integral Appraisers Foundation the prominent Registered Valuers Organisation of India celebrated the “Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” on 14/08/2022 in an online session with its 71 members. ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark the 75th year of India’s independence.
Our relationship with the flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal. Bringing the flag home collectively as a nation in the 75th year of independence thus becomes symbolic of not only an act of personal connection to the Tiranga but also an embodiment of our commitment to nation-building. The idea behind the initiative is to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.
During this occasion, the MD of the organization Er Sundeep Bansal said that “I Am extremely honored and have this opportunity to address you at this prestigious moment when our organization CEV IAF RVO is celebrating the Aazadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav with “Har Ghar Tiranga” during this MEP program to enhance your professional Excellency in the field of asset valuation for Registered Valuers.”
Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of progressive India and the glorious history of its people, culture and achievements. This Mahotsav is dedicated to the people of India who have not only been instrumental in bringing India thus far in its evolutionary journey but also hold within them the power and potential to enable Prime Minister Modi’s vision of activating India 2.0, fueled by the spirit of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is an embodiment of all that is progressive about India’s socio-cultural, political, and economic identity. The official journey of “Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav” commences on 12th March 2021 which starts a 75-week countdown to our 75th anniversary of Independence and will end post a year on 15th August, 2023.
During this occasion Er Rajesh Kumar(CEO) presented a very informative video presentation about “Aazadi ka Amrit Mahotsav”, Dr. Rajwinder Singh Bansal(CEO) discussed “Best Practices In Valuation To Be Followed By Registered Valuers” & Ar. Amit Gupta & Er. Amarjit Kumar Sharma (Executive Members Monitoring Committee) shared the information about the peer review process followed by the RVO for monitoring its members.
CEV INTEGRAL APPRAISERS FOUNDATION (Registered Section-8 company under Company’s Act-2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India) in exercising the powers conferred under 5(1) read with rule 12(2)(a) by the authority IBBI organizing its 20th session of 50 hrs educational course under rule 5(1) read with rule 12(2)(a) for registration as valuers under the banner of CEV IAF RVO (Registered Valuers And Valuation) Rules 2017 the Registered RVO by IBBI in India is organising 50 hours online MEP Educational Course Programme in an online session in between 13/08/2022 TO 11/09/2022 which is being attended by more than 71 candidates of 3 asset classes from all over India.
This education Program has been recognized as “50 HRS EDUCATIONAL COURSE UNDER RULE 5(1) READ WITH RULE 12(2)(a) FOR REGISTRATION AS VALUERS” by CEVIAF under IBBI Guidelines. Er. Sundeep Bansal, Managing Director & Dr Rajwinder Singh CEO, welcomed participants, expert resources persons & faculty members. MD Er Sundeep Bansal presented the brief report while highlighting the various achievements of the CEV IAF during a short speech on 07th of August.
Director Dr. Shefalika said that we are highly grateful to the authority Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for extending the validity of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Online Delivery of Educational Course and Continuing Professional Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies and Registered Valuers Organisations) Guidelines, 2020 till 30th Sept 2022 which not only enabled the far of cities valuers & senior persons to attend this program during the threat of pandemic Corona but also helped to save thousands of rupees to be spent for making arrangement for the traveling, lodging, and boarding in different locations.
Er. Vaibhav added that during this class, participants have to follow the protocols as fixed by the authority for attending online sessions as per circular no-IBBI/RVO/032/2020 20th March 2020 & Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India(Online Delivery of Educational Course and Continuing Professional Education by Insolvency Professional Agencies and Registered Valuers Organizations)Guidelines, 2020 dt-10/07/2020.
CEO Dr. Rajwinder Singh said that CEV IAF RVO is the tenth and only registered RVO under IBBI in 2018, in this region of north India (Punjab, Himachal, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Uttarakhand) and serves the Valuation Professionals all over the country on the charitable basis with minimum fee structure and maximum benefits.
He added that the recent nineteen education programs in different parts of the country & online sessions were highly successful and show the good faith of professionals towards the transparent & members-friendly working of CEV IAF RVO.
Er. Sundeep Bansal, Managing Director encouraged and motivated all the valuers to take a keen interest to Appear and clear the examination as soon as possible in order to enhance their talents and join hands with the Government policies and initiatives for regulating the noble profession of Valuation.
This 50 hrs training is to be given by Er. Sanjay Patel, Dr. Rajwinder Singh, Er. Sandip Kumar Deb, Er. Rajesh Kumar, Er. B D Gupta, Ar. Amit Gupta, Er. Sundeep Bansal, Er. K. S. Nagarajaiah, Er. K. S. Ayyadurai, Er. Dinesh Kumar, CA Ankit Goel, Er. Amarjit Sharma and other expert faculty members to the participants.
RV members congratulated the CEV IAF organizers for successfully arranging the 20th training program. At the end of this program, training certificates will be distributed on 11/09/2022 to all the successful attendees through online mode.
